Colectivo Dalryon
Colectivo Dalryon

In the middle 90’s, three dj’s; Thomas Will, Lac and Raptor k, the three of them comin g  from different scenes, joined forces to organize parties and live performances to impulse the techno scene in Montevideo and other cities.
By the end of 1999 Dj Dark joined them contributing with his house music style to the team.
In 2000 Dj Dark and Raptor k started to produce music, with a minimal gear, featuring deep and dark ambiences through percussion parts, adopting the name DALRYON 22 K. Later, Dj  Lac and Thomas added their own productions.
The group has had various names such as AMM, RDJ (stands for Raptor, Dark and Jhon-x; another dj from the tech-house scene), Alien Project. Under this name they had radio broadcasts. Eventually the name Dalryon settled as the definitive one.
The team has perfomed as a band or dj’s back to back, in several cities and radio programmes focused in electronic music.
Being broad-minded people, they felt the addition of Guillermo Cavallaro was a  good one.
Guillermo is an experienced  punk-rock, underground scene bass player, drummer and composer who has also been interested in electronic music; thus leading him to enroll the team in the field of composition and editing, being himself in charge of the sound engineering at the mixing desk for the team. He is also contributing with his own production now; featuring a fusion of acoustic instruments and synths towards styles as Industrial, Drum ‘n’ Bass and Techno.

Gonzalo D'Angelo
Gonzalo D'Angelo Dj Gonzalo was born in 1972
Heavily influenced by the clubbing scene in Montevideo since 1994, Gonzalo starts his mixing
sessions in y2k in a variety of venues from established clubs and bars to underground places.
Since his life has been signed by the independant lifestyle, he has not tried to get a residence
at any club. He prefers self-promotion and to be in command of even the design of the flyers
or the e-mailing, being himself the brain behind every e-flyer you may receive for his events or parties.
When he is in the booth he devotes to the styles of house, progressive, tribal, techno and trance.
Being remarkable the unique combination of styles throughout a session.

Vargas
Gonzalo D'Angelo Diegop Vargas works as a designer. Music has played -since always- a very importan role in his life.
It was in 2001 when -thanks to a friend- Vargas meets computer programs that allow him to express through music with decent quality.
Then, experimentation starts and also the production of environmental tracks for his designing projects.
That's when an old passion becomes an every-day hobby.

Vargas taste is far beyond electronic music, and it includes things like: Pink Floyd, Metallica, REM, Charly García, Tori Amos, Beatles and Pachelbel. When talking about electronic, his preferences are: Depeche Mode, Orbital, Fila Brazillia, Groove Armada, Rabbit in the Moon, Death in Vegas, Chemical Brothers, The Prodigy, Faithless, Moby, lots of breakbeat, drum'n bass and some old skool (specially between 1989 and 1994. One of his favorite DJs is Adam Freeland.
